Quilt#1
My first quilt is made out of new and re-cycled silk. I started with several pieces from kimono from the 60's and 70's. Then I added dupioni silks that complimented and tied in the kimono pieces. I like doing very detailed things so the border is machine quilted in a tight meandering pattern that many quiltmakers use.
